All items purchased through Rabid Offroad Inc come with a thirty (30) day money back guarantee, providing the item is returned in its original condition. Receipt or proof of purchase must be given at time of return/exchange. We are not responsible for damages due to shipping. Some items may have inherent variations and imperfections, such as heathered t-shirts, hats, and other fabric related items. Dye colors can also have slight variations as well. Rabid Offroad Inc is not responsible for these uncontrollable circumstances, for these are due to the manufacturer providing these raw goods to us.
All returns will be credited in the same way the purchase was made. If an original sale was made via credit card, the return would credit the same credit card account for the determined monetary value. Some circumstances, determined by Rabid Offroad Inc, may warrant a restocking or handling fee, deducted from the total credited amount. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. These fees are subject to change without notice. Rabid Offroad Inc reserves the right to decline a return, for any reason, and may issue a merchandise credit in place of a refund. RETURNS/EXCHANGES:To return/exchange an item please email: csr@rabidoffroad.com. Include the reason for your return/exchange, the item#, qty to return/exchange, order/invoice#, date of purchase, name, address and a way to contact you if we have any questions. Upon receipt of your request for a return/exchange, we will contact you and provide you with the information necessary to complete your return/exchange.
